Erg Chebbi is a dune field of around 22 Km from north to south and around 5 Km from east to west at the widest point. It includes a lot of dunes, the highest of which is 884 ms in the north. Among the dunes there are a few oases and you can easily get water just by digging a bit. The trip to the oasis begins with a long course by road which is an experience geographically, and because of the various stops to dune off and get in contact with the people.

Itinerary

Day 1Marrakech to Dades gorges Via Ait Benhaddou kasbah and Ourzazate

The tour begins at 09h00 from Marrakech in an air-cooled transport. Driving about 3hrs, we stop to visit the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou then we continue to Ouarzazate (approx 1 hour or somewhere in the vicinity) for a lunch break and Sightseeing. From that point forward, we proceed towards the The Dades Valley to get to our guesthouse where we go spend the night. The guest house will provide private suite rooms and an evening feast and breakfast.

Day 2Dades Gorges to Merzouga by means of Todghra Gorges

On the second day, we proceed along the Dades valley, visiting Dades Gorge, Todra, Todra Gorge and other fascinating destinations.After this we make our way toward Merzouga. At Merzouga, we explore the village and meet our Camels who will take us for 1 90 minutes into the Dunes to achieve our desert camp at Erg Chebbi. Every individual ride their very own Camel. Day 3Merzouga to Marrakech
