Simple to medium and fascinating 3-day treks through the Berber villages and valleys of Imlil and Azzaden, meet the Berber community.
Suitable for families with children, older individuals, the course itself is comfortable for a donkey ride just as it is for walking, cross picturesque mountain passes and villages, appreciate an authentic overview of the valley.
For individuals who want more adventures, the days can be stretched out to cover more distances and hike side all through the trek.
We leave Marrakesh early, heading to Imi Oughlad (1,450m), where we meet the muleteers and the guide. Our first day will be a simple 4 hours acclimatization walking trek in the Ouirgane National Park. The landscape here includes copper green soil and juniper trees. The night will be spent in a Gite in Tinzert, a little natural Berber Village.
It is a walking trek of around 6 hours, through which we head up and out of the valley and cross over to the magnificent Azzaden Valley. The views open up with a rushing mountain stream surrounded by rich walnut groves leading up towards Toubkal and her sister peaks at the head of the valley. The night will be spent in a Gite in Ait Aissa village.
