Itinerary

Day 1Arrival to Casablanca and transfer to the hotel

WELCOME TO MORROCO!!!! WE ARE GOING ON A UNIQUE JOURNEY OF EXCITING, FABULOUS AND FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE BE PREPARED. You will enjoy the cuisine you have not tasted or seen before.

kick back as you enter Casablanca’s Mohammed V international airport as we are waiting to take you to one of our most elegant 5-star hotel in this mother city. Your taste of Moroccan food awaits you as we know you are hungry from a long journey.

Day 2Casablanca to Essaouira

Casablanca is the most refined and luxurious cities in Morocco with a loud economic nucleus and the largest port in the Maghreb. After breakfast at the hotel, we will embark on a journey to Hassen 2 Mosque a grand site the third spacious in the religious world. The only Mosque in Morocco that allows entry to non-Muslims. We will only arrive in Essaouira during the early part of the night and book into a breathtaking ocean view raid, therefore, we will stop for lunch on route.

Day 3Shopping the ingredients in a small market(souk) with the chef, and vegan cooking class

A journey of delicious dishes and a lifetime opportunity to experience and learn the Moroccan way of cooking. Waking up to serenity, this peaceful tantalizing fishing town with its easy-going esthetic atmosphere. Today we will scout the town’s eloquent medina, whose Portuguese archaic bastion is a mixture of Portuguese, French and Berber erection overlooking the emerald sea.

Day 4Drive toward the High Atlas mountain

At the wake of dawn, you can spend time walking as a recreation enjoying the tranquillity of Essaouira. Viewing the mesmerizing art or experience a camel ride the beach! We will be going to a Berber village called Ouirgane in the High Atlas mountain after lunch a three-hour drive while you enjoy the scenery and stopover at the Argan oil corporative. ARGAN OIL IS USE FOR MANY MEDICINAL PURPOSES. A delightful raid will be our stay for the next three days and the host are very hospitable.

Day 5Explore the market, visit Tinmel Mosque and start the cooking class.

Enjoy an experience a lifetime Moroccan cooking class this afternoon. Today we visit the Tinmel Mosque well secluded in the High Atlas mountain after our mouthwatering Berber breakfast. A local village will be a stopover to visit the souk and buy some organic vegetables, fruits, meats and spices needed for cooking class at the raid. The cooking will be a three-course lesson. You will learn to prepare Moroccan soups, traditional couscous and another authentic Moroccan dish a taste to come an enrol for a full-time cooking course.

Day 6Hiking through a scenic environment and experience Berber family over lunch.

Prepare yourself after a scrumptious breakfast at the raid for a trail into the mountains while learning about the traditional lifestyle and indigenous culture of the Berber people while appreciating the idyllic environment. A visit to a traditional village will be a stopover for lunch with local family enjoying their traditional foods. After returning to the raid kickback go for a swim or visit the hammam for traditional spa treatments.

Day 7Drive back to Marrakesh

Our journey today is to a fabulous, extraordinary and esoteric atmosphere city called Marrakech. We will be visiting the Bahai Palace with capacious harem accommodation. Later we will access the historical royal Saadian mausoleum and then explore the energetic and old Jewish mullah (quarter) and the graceful Koutoubia MOSQUE before admittance into the 11th-century walled medina. As we explore the medina, we will stopover at one of the koranic schools named the Ben Youssef Madrasa and then sweep through the roundabout maze of this historic living bazaar (souk) where will see Moroccan tradesmen at their finest. Later, in the day we will visit local artists showcasing their traditional crafts and we can learn from scratch how these individuals by hand produce the most exotic pieces of work. You can explore further to shop and even visit Djemaa el-Fna square at your leisure as we will visit it in the evening to enjoy all kinds of entertainment. Those who want to refresh with a cup of tea on a rooftop cafe may do so while there is an alternative option and just relax at the raid or enjoy a swim at the pool.

Day 8Journey with us through the streets of Marrakesh for some scrumptious street food tasting and traditional cooking class.

Today it’s all about tasting a variety of foods. We will take a journey through an ancient city wall, palm grove and a visit to Yves St. LAUREN GARDENS. Thereafter we will explore several spice shops and learn about Moroccan seasoning quite a variety. You may buy for home. Lunch will be exciting as you venture to HAVE a bite of diverse of Moroccan exquisite dishes beef with prunes and almonds, chicken and lemon.

Day 9The end of cooking class tour

YOUR planned food travel route will end today as you journey to the airport to return home. Depending on your flight arrangements we drop you off at the Marrakech airport or provide a private car to take you to Casablanca airport.
